Deleting your account

You can delete your Vizione account and everything in it from inside the app, at any time.

What is deleted

Your account, your email address, your device list, your subscription record, and every favourite and resume position we hold. It is removed, not flagged as deleted.

What is not affected

Your server sign-in details were never on our servers, so there is nothing of theirs to delete. They stay on your device until you remove the playlist or delete the app. An active App Store subscription is billed by Apple and must be cancelled in your Apple account settings.

No longer have the app?

Email support@vizioneplayer.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
