1. What Vizione is
Vizione is a media player for iPhone and iPad. It supplies no content of its own, comes with nothing pre-loaded, and provides no directory, search or recommendation of places to obtain media. It has no affiliation with anyone who supplies media. It does not host, cache, index, transmit or modify anything you play: media travels directly between your device and a server you have chosen and configured.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for everything you add to Vizione and everything you play through it. By using it you confirm that you have the right to access and play that material, and that doing so is lawful where you are. Your use must comply with our acceptable use policy, which forms part of these terms.
Vizione is intended for personal and private use.
3. Accounts
An account is required for Vizione+ and for syncing between devices, and is limited to five active devices at a time. You must give an email address you control. You may delete your account from inside the app at any time, and it is a real deletion — see deleting your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.
4. Vizione+
Vizione+ is a subscription bought through the App Store. Apple bills you and it renews until you cancel it in your Apple account settings; we cannot cancel or refund it for you. The free tier shows adverts, and an advert may be exchanged for a limited period of Vizione+ features.
5. Availability
Vizione is provided as it is. Whether any particular playlist or server works depends on that server, which is not ours and not within our control. We do not warrant that any media will be available, and we are not liable for it being unavailable, interrupted or different from what you expected.
6. Liability
We are not liable for anything you play, for any consequence of playing it, or for any loss arising from a server being unreachable, changed or withdrawn. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Intellectual property
The Vizione name, logo and app are ours. Nothing in these terms gives you any right in anyone else's material, and using Vizione gives you no licence to anything you play through it.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will say so in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Vizione after that is acceptance.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under your own local law.
